Merlin Stoltzfus - Chief Craftsman
Merlin is a hands-on kind of guy who enjoys learning by doing, especially when it involves construction or automotive.
With a strong background in construction and electrical work, Merlin brings years of experience to the construction side of the tiny homes.
He and his wife, Marie, have 7 children. When they are not busy with normal life, they enjoy spending time outdoors together.
One of their favorite activities is camping as a family.
Karl Diffenderfer - President & CEO
Karl Diffenderfer is a change agent that has been impacting thousands of entrepreneurs and leaders for over 15 years. From the ground up, he built a successful internet marketing firm with hundreds of customers across the globe. His company was award winning and generated millions of dollars in revenue. When presented with the opportunity, he decided to sell the company to transition into teaching others how to do what he has done.
Now he has numerous companies that he owns, oversees and runs with clients and team members worldwide. He is excited about the social impact he provides by sustaining families with jobs and training for those in less fortunate regions of the world. He has started, built, purchased, grown and sold numerous companies over the years. At Karl’s core, he thrives on connecting and providing immense value with his diverse background and experience.
Tim Arters - Chief Design Officer
Tim loves learning new things and geeking out when it comes to electromechanics, construction, and new building techniques.
Coming from a background of
car mechanic, electrician, and handyman; Tim brings his jack-of-all-trades skills to building tiny homes and making every part of the structure count.
His wife, Joanna, brings an artistic touch to Greenwood. She is responsible for the design and finishing decor for the tiny homes.
They enjoy snowboarding, permaculture farming, and spending family time with their daughter Ruth.
